  • I do not attend births at this time. I hope to attend births in the future but due to the needs of my family, my offerings are rooted in postpartum. However, my services do include listening to the needs and wants of your birthing plan as well as offering suggestions and resources in regards to tools that may assist you during the birthing experience.

  • I prepare foods for mothers during each in-home visit. These meals and snacks are vegetarian because I follow the Ayurevedic tradition when it comes to postpartum nutrition. This does not mean that mothers cannot eat meat if they so choose! Simply, the meals and snacks that I provide will be plant-based. I can provide great resources and recipes for mothers who choose to eat meat during postpartum in addition to the foods I prepare.
